Status: O BAIT **** The reactor was destroyed days after it went on line. There was a terrible rumble and instantly, where the largest power generation plant had stood, appeared an active volcano, bleeding lava like an open sore. It was a complete mystery to everyone but me. But I know. I've tracked the blips on my seismometer. They must be huge -- swimming through the earth's core; dense enough to cut stone like butter; attracted to fissionables which they feed upon. Well, I've just built a bigger reactor inside a titanium tank that could enclose a city. I'm going to catch me a rockworm. -- This post is COPYRIGHT 1995, Andrew Solberg. All rights reserved.
