Good Evening, Ma'am! lovely weather.  

Ma'am, I can tell just by looking that you, like most
Americans, have no time for entropy.  I know I don't.
You're a responsible homemaker (quite a pretty one, I
dare say!) and waste is unwelcome.  Well, little lady,
have *I* got something for *you*!

Ma'am, this Carnot Engine packs and unpacks in minutes.
It's frisky and lightweight (goes where you go!) and
runs off two D-cell batteries.  PLUS! -- it has
IMPOSSIBLE THERMAL EFFICIENCY.

Now, Ma'am, if I could come in and demonstrate, perhaps
using your bathtub as a heat sink, then....

...Well!
