It all went to hell in 2038 when they developed Hydra, a drug that
maximized cerebral potential.  For once every human could use every
nook and cranny of his or her brain to its full capacity.  Sadly,
the chief side effect was not noted until it was too late.

Studies show that the average human uses about one percent of the
total mental resources available.  That figure exactly
matches the human population clinical psychologists classify as
suffering from severe sociopathic dysfunction.  This relationship
was mistakenly viewed as a mere coincidence.

There's a madman hidden away in every one of us.
