SHOW ME YOURS, I'LL SHOW YOU MINE

The human delegation huddled at their side of the table, whispering
quietly among themselves.  At the opposite end, their bulky forms
largely obscured by swirling methane mists, the Shil elders
muttered and hooted over possible strategies.

"Enough chit-chat!" trumpeted the Shil spokesbeing finally, its
conical body squashed down into a posture indicating open-mindedness
and geniality.  "We offer you the secrets of four-dimensional
transference.  Travel at impossible speeds....inexhaustible energy....
an infinitum of worlds to conquer.  These things shall be yours."

The Shil's ocular dilated in an expression of avarice.  "In return,
you shall share the secrets of this marvelous 'lever'...."
