Stricken with the grief of not finding the responsible driver for his wife's death, he struggles to manage his work and taking care of his daughter. The film begins with his hypnosis therapy scene, which takes him back to the day of the accident, but his memories soon get mingled with his childhood memories where he finds himself next to a man selling balloons in a children's park, and he finds a little girl standing in the distance. The moment he tries to look at the girl's face, he wakes up. After returning home, his parents tell him to take good care of his daughter Ye-na(Park Min-ha), who still doesn't know about her mother's death and not just keep himself busy with work all the time. The next day at work, Seo jin gets a call from Seoul Emmanuel Orphanage, who claims that his long last sister was found after 25 years. He then goes to meet his found sister, Kang Yoo-jin(Song Ji-hyo), and both of them don't seem to have clear memories about what happened on the day of her abduction. Their parents and they go to the hospital where Yoo-jin works to retrieve her things back. There they meet a fellow nurse, Yeon-joo(Jang Sung-yoon), who tells them that Yoo-jin is the ace of her co-workers. After a couple of days, Ye-na gets close to her aunt and follows everything her aunt tells her to do. Soon Yoo-jin gets close to the whole family. She changes their house's infrastructure and hires new workers to work at home and help with their mother's rehabilitation. His parents and daughter don't act the same with him anymore and listen to whatever Yoo-jin says. All this doesn't make sense to Seo-jin, and he begins to doubt if Yoo- jin is really his lost sister. Seo-jin gets a call from the police that they were able to find new evidence in his wife's accident. He notices his sister in the evidence while watching it. This makes him grow even more suspicious of her identity. He consults his psychiatrist friend and asks him to perform hypnotism on him again. This time he sees the face of the driver who hit his wife and also sees his sister watching from a distance. To find about Yoo- jin's true identity, Seo-jin goes to the orphanage who call him earlier. But he doesn't find any orphanage in that address. At the same time, he finds out that Yeon-joo was hired by Yoo-jin to tell her family about her being a nurse. Enraged by this, he reaches home and reveals this fact to his family. Yoo-jin then apologizes that she lied about being a nurse as she wanted to create a good impression on her in the family. After an argument, their mother faints and is taken to hospital where Seo-jin manages to get a strand of Yoo-jin's hair. He takes the sample to get a DNA analysis. After a series of incidents, Seo-jin becomes sure that Yoo-jin is an intruder. One night Seo-jin gets a call from a realtor that there is someone in his old home. When he goes to his old house, he finds Yeon-joo's dead body in the bathtub and faints. After becoming conscious, he finds himself tied up to a chair by a man he sees in his hypnosis, the one who killed his wife. He tells Seo-jin that he was the one who called him earlier from the orphanage and is also the one who killed his wife, which he claims to be unintentional. He tells Seo-jin that theirs is a religious group where they worship "The Chosen Holy Child." For this, they abduct girls of similar age and perform certain rituals on the child and make their believers worship the child. Now the chosen child is Ye-na. Angry, Seo- jin kills him and comes back home only to find police waiting for him. A series of incidents make the police and Seo-jin's friend believe that Seo-jin is behaving wild because of his medication. They arrest Seo-jin, and Yoo-jin confesses in a car privately to him. She tells about how she met his wife and made her join their cult. She blames him for being a workaholic and neglecting his family. Seo-jin laters manages to flee from the police and involves in hustle with Yoo-jin when she tries to escape with Ye-na. Seo-jin holds Yoo- jin's hand as she was about to fall off a cliff. She pleads him not to leave her hand as their mother told him not to let go of her hand. But he leaves her to fall after recollecting what happened on the day of his sister's abduction, telling her that even if she were his real sister, she could never be their family. Later, Seo-jin's family starts getting better. The film ends with Seo- jin shredding the DNA analysis he requested for without looking at the result. ===== The play is introduced by a dialogue between Sūtradhār (who introduces the plot to the audience) and the jester Ranglo. Jivram Bhatt, the protagonist, enters walking through a forest on his way to his father-in-law's house in Manaspuri. However, because he suffers from nyctalopia (night blindness), he cannot decide which way to go. He conceals his disability by pretending to see everything, and rejects the helping hand offered by two shepherds related to his father-in-law's family. Ultimately, he tries to reach his destination by holding the tail of his father-in-law's baby buffalo, who drags him into a ditch beside the road. The second Act opens in the house of Jivram's father- in-law, Raghunath, who, as an orthodox brahmin, believes that the Vedas have mysterious meaning which God alone knows. Ranglo informs him that his son in- law has arrived on the outskirts of Manaspuri. The shepherd Bijal also informs him that Jivram is approaching the village, led by the buffalo's tail. When they do not find Jivram with the buffalo, Raghunath and his son set out in search of him. They find him lying in a ditch. They ask him to accompany them home, but he, being unable to see at night, refuses to go with them, on the pretext that his mother-in-law called him ‘night-blind' on a previous occasion. After a lot of persuasion, Jivram agrees to accompany them on the condition that nobody in the village call him night-blind. Raghunath asks the local prince to issue an order asking all the residents of the village not to call Jivram night-blind. The prince issues such an order. The members of Raghunath's family ask Jivram questions about his achievements. Jivram boasts of his greatness in matters of knowledge, creativity and worship, amongst others. As a result of night-blindness, he bungles every step. When he has a bath, instead of clean water, he pours a pot of animals' urine onto his body. While sitting for dinner, he faces the wall; when his mother-in-law serves him lapshi (a sweet dish made of wheat flour), the young buffalo eats it. Then, when the lady comes to serve the dessert again, Jivram gives her severe beating, thinking she is the buffalo. Devbai cries and curses him. On all these occasions, Jivram tries to justify his behavior stupidly and shamelessly, exhibiting vanity and hypocrisy. Jivram gets up at midnight to use the bathroom; however, to avoid getting lost due to his night-blindness, he ties his turban to the cot and goes to the urinal with the other end of the turban in his hand. However, the baby buffalo chews away the middle portion of the turban. Jivram gets lost and tumbles onto his mother-in-law, who gets up screaming 'thief, thief.' Raghunath and Somnath get up and, taking Jivaram for a thief, start beating him severely. The police arrive and arrest Jivram in the dark. Nobody listens to Jivram's voice in the din. While in police custody, Jivram is beaten to force him to confess the crime. Raghunath and others believe that Jivram has been kidnapped. Raghunath's statement that they won't be able to replace the stolen 'thing' even by paying Rs. 2,000 adds to the confusion. The so-called thief is then brought to the court in a cot and the truth is revealed. Jivram is on the brink of death; in the final Act, he is brought home and treated by a physician-cum-astrologer. But there is no chance of recovery. At the end Jivram repents his unseemly behavior. He asks his relatives to erect a marble pillar in his memory and inscribe it with 12 stanzas which exhort people to abstain from the vices of pride, vanity and hypocrisy. ===== The plot follows the lives of four friends, Aslı, Selin, Ebru and Hande after the disappearance of Açelya, the fifth friend of the group. Upon entering the realm of Pdor, he explains that they will have to go through five levels in the world of video games and other kinds of popular references, and upon completion of each of these levels a piece of the device will be delivered that will restore happiness to the whole planet, thus defeating Pdor. Eventually the three reassemble the device; but when Pdor refuses to admit defeat, Aldo destroys the system by insulting Pdor heavily. The three, however, remain incredulous when they discover that the device that will restore happiness to the whole planet is only a hologram of Tafazzi in his most famous sketch. ===== A family of nine people, all of different ages, prepares to climb the highest point in Europe - Mount Elbrus."How To Climb Elbrus According to Elbrus Together", strahu-net Retrieved on 1 July 2020. His son Nigamshanker, who is studying in a Sanskirt pathshala, suddenly has an attack of smallpox and loses his eyesight. He reconciles himself to his fate, goes to the pathshala and attempts to learn by hearing. A great Sanskrit scholar from Varanasi visits the pathshala; seeing Nigamshanker's desire for knowledge, he takes him to Varanasi. Nigamshanker studies there for 12 years, gaining proficiency in all branches of knowledge. When he returns, his father is on his deathbed. His father had married a girl of his son's age after his mother's death. Nigamshanker does not mourn his father's death. However, he treats his stepmother so well that she persuades her niece Bhagirathi to marry him. Their married life is very happy. Bhagirathi gives birth to a son, Tilak, who is a bright boy. When he is 10 years old, he finds that he cannot read what has been written on the blackboard. When a doctor is consulted, he advises him to give up his studies, but Tilak, encouraged by his father, ignores the advice and pursues his studies. Furthermore, he even learns to play the sitar from Abhijit, his neighbor's son. Abhijit's sister Satya is a naughty girl who continuously teases Tilak about his weak eyesight. Once, when Tilak is attending a sitar concert, Satya abducts him. During a heavy downpour that lasts for several days, the river flowing through the city is flooding. Nigam, Bhagirathi and Tilak have to stand on the staircase for three days. In the flood, Nigam's books and rare manuscripts are destroyed. Nigam is reconciled to the disaster, but Tilak vows to rebuild the library. Satya is very worried about Tilak and tries to control him when he is impulsive. Tilak passes the B.A. examination with a first-class degree and, at the insistence of Gordhandas (the chairman of the governing body), is offered a job as librarian which he readily accepts. Gordhandas's daughter Iksha, who has sisterly feelings for Tilak, wants Tilak to complete his studies. Tilak's father Nigam is the chief priest at the sacrificial ceremony in the adjoining city, where he dies due to a snakebite. One day, Satya comes to the library and asks to marry Tilak. Tilak declines, stating that their children are likely to be blind, given that his grandfather had become blind some years prior to his death, his father's eyesight had deteriorated by the age of 16 and his eyesight is constantly getting worse. Satya promises to follow in the footsteps of Tilak's mother. Even then Tilak does not agree, but she says, "I won't accept defeat, I will have my way". She is forced to agree to her betrothal to Ajay. However, on the night before her wedding, she goes to Tilak wearing her wedding dress and asks to be implanted with the symbol of Tilak's cultural heritage. They have sex that night, which results in her conception. Satya's husband Ajay is a man of vices and perversions. Satya writes letters to Tilak, informing him about Ajay's behaviour and his insistence on her co- operating with him in his unlawful and criminal activities. In her last letter she tells him that her son has been born, and that she is happy because the son looks just like Tilak. Tilak does not reply, worrying that his letters might be intercepted and Ajay might kill her. Tilak takes his mother on a pilgrimage, leading to a clash between his mother's traditional attitude and Tilak's modernist, rationalist attitude. His mother chides him for not accepting Satya's offer of marriage, and depriving her of a grandson. Tilak, who keeps in mind the events of the night before Satya's marriage and Satya's letter informing him about the birth of a son, uses harsh words in order to hide the fact. Terribly hurt, Bhagirathi goes to the river to drown herself and Tilak has to reveal the secret in order to save his mother's life. After some days, Bhagirathi has a heart attack and dies with Satya's name on her lips. Tilak passes his M.A. examination in the first class and enrolls for a Ph.D. to research tribes. For this purpose he travels widely in tribal areas and reads a lot, causing his eyes to become damaged by the strain. He goes to Bombay to consult an eye specialist, who operates upon his eyes, but his eyesight is not restored. While leaving the clinic, Tilak accidentally sees Satya who has come for her son's eye check-up. Satya, who has now been divorced, takes Tilak to her house. They decide to stay together like a married couple, and go to Tilak's city. There, the people accept them as married, and the child as their son. Not only that, Satya is allowed to perform the traditional temple ritual which is performed by the most pious person. ===== GURPS Space Adventures is a collection of three adventures for GURPS Space:https://index.rpg.net/display-entry.phtml?mainid=2161 * "Rebirth" * "Beware the Health Police" * "Raid on Sterling" ===== Decision at Thunder Rift is the first BattleTech novel.http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?7539 ===== When an army of powerful alien beings are unleashed on Earth, threatening life as we know it, a brand-new team of Power Rangers, fueled by the pre-historic power of the dinosaurs, are recruited to deal with the threat. ===== Rania moved from the countryside to the city of Nivalis and is now working for Cloudpunk, a not quite legal delivery company.
