ANGELS

The Angels exist! it's true!

The Hydrogen absorbtion gap crackled to life unexpectedly,
bearing a coded string of messages.  The Angels were coming --
great winged beings from Procyon, travelling in chariots of
gold and living flame!  And they would be here soon!

They had visited us in Biblical times.  Then, as
now, they had been generous and benevolent, shepherding man
during a troubled era.  And now they bear gifts -- cures for
diseases; advanced technology; an end to war forever!

It's them! I see them! Their chariots pierce the clouds; smiling,
they descend to greet the waiting throng!
